Robert L. Seeley,80, of Roseville, PA, died September 29, 2007 at home. He was born July 12, 1927, in Roseville, the son of Lewis & Carrie Haff Seeley. Bob was the Rutland Township roadmaster for 18 years, and was a dairy farmer. He was a member of the Roseville United Methodist Church, and a past director of the Agway Co-op, & the Tioga Valley Co-op. Bob was an avid hunter, trapper, & fisherman. He enjoyed playing baseball in his younger days, and loved to attend the kids sporting events. Winfield H. Stevens, 76, of Mansfield, PA, passed away December 26, 2008 at Towanda Memorial Hospital. He was born May 7, 1932 in Elmira, NY, the son of Warren & Maysel Hulslander Stevens. Winfield was a retired appliance repairman, and an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Canoe Camp Post 6757 VFW, and was an Explorer Scout leader. Winfield enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, & gardening. Winthrop W. Stevens, 77, of Mansfield, PA, passed away August 13, 2009 at the Green Home Inc., Wellsboro, PA. He was born May 7, 1932 in Elmira, NY, the son of Warren & Maysel Hulslander Stevens. Win was a retired TV repairman and had been an electronics technician at the former Mansfield State College. He was a U. S. Army Veteran. Win is survived by a brother-in-law, Kenneth Carter, & a niece Stephanie Carter, both of Amhearst, NY. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Winfield, December 26, 2008. Theodosia "Tweet" Schanbacher, 91, of Mansfield, PA, passed away June 8, 2010, at the Green Home Inc., Wellsboro, PA. She was born July 14, 1918 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of Edd and Kathryn Warters TenEyck. Tweet was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield. She had been employed by Mansfield Novelty and Cole's Drug Store. Tweet is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, JoAnne Davis of Mansfield, Jean and Michael Grimme of Ft. Wayne, IN, a son and daughter-in-Iaw, Allen and Patricia Schanbacher of Mansfield, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Robert B. Shaw, 94, of Mansfield, PA, died November 7, 2010, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 29, 1916, in Mansfield, the son of Earl & Daisy Brace Shaw. Bob was a retired Police Officer at Mansfield University, and he also retired from First Citizens National Bank. He had served on the Mansfield Boro Council, was a life member of the Mansfield Firemen’s Ambulance Association, a member of the Arnot Sportsman’s Club, and the Dad’s of Foreign Service Veterans Post 264.  Agnes Ann Shellman, 84, of Tioga, PA, passed away quietly on February 22, 2011. She was born August 4th, 1926 in Oakton VA, the daughter of the late William & Dora Downs Hunt. She married William "Riley" Shellman on July 18th, 1947. Agnes was an active member of St Mary's Church, Tioga and Holy Child Catholic Church, Mansfield. Early on, Agnes worked for Corning Glass Works and as a Telephone Operator in Tioga and Middlebury Center. She, however, spent the mainstay of her life being a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She truly cared for those who touched her life. Agnes enjoyed working with her hands knitting, crocheting, doing needlepoint and quilt making. She especially enjoyed time spent with grandchildren Kara, William, Sara, Maria, great granddaughter Riley and numerous nieces and nephews. She is survived by 2 sons & daughters-in-law, William & Susan Shellman of Skipack, PA, David & Jeanne Shellman of New Cumberland, PA, sister, Teresa Mattison of Tioga, PA, 4 grandchildren, & 1 great granddaughter. Thomas G. Edson R. Shaw, 90, of Mansfield, PA, passed away April 11, 2012, at the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA.  He was born July 21, 1921, in Mansfield, PA, and is the last of six children of John & Leda Knapp Shaw.  Edson was a retired dairy farmer, a charter member of the East Sullivan Grange, the Mainesburg United Methodist Church, and served as a long time member of the board of directors of S. Richard M. Smith, 75, of Mansfield, PA, passed into the waiting arms of his Lord on Aug. 1, 2012. He died after a battle with cancer.  He was born on Jan 22, 1937 in Somerville, NJ.  He was the son of the late Rev. R. Wesley and Mary (Leonard) Smith.  He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Newell) Smith, who he married in New Jersey on September 17, 1960.  His children: Philip and Sadie (Gross) Smith and children Tiana, Alison, Zianna of Lancaster, PA;  Tom and Mary (Smith) Baker and children Benjamin and Joshua of Charlotte, NC; Stephen and Michele (Everly) Smith and children Colin and Ryan of Souderton, PA; Daniel and Sonya (Andrews) Smith and children Elijah, Samuel and Magdalene of Foley, AL; and his brothers William and Mae (Abdelhak) Smith and Arthur and Alice (Gray) Smith, both of New Jersey, and nieces, nephews and cousins. 



Richard graduated from Phillipsburg High School in Phillipsburg, NJ, attended Western Maryland College in Westminster, MD, served four years in the U.S. Air Force, and served as a Free Methodist Pastor in Ohio.  He was a current member and Sunday School Teacher at the Millerton Wesleyan Church, a current member of the Mansfield Men’s Chorus, the Lambs Creek Sportsmens Club, and served on the Sullivan Township Tioga County PA Planning Commission.



A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at the Millerton Wesleyan Church, 5174 Main Street, Millerton, PA, 16936.  The burial will be at the Norland Cemetery in Chambersburg, PA at a later date at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to the previously mentioned church, a charity of your preference or plant a tree in his honor.
